Ma formation de psychothérapeute a commencé en 1991, avec un cursus en Psychologie Biodynamique et en Biosynthèse (+1,000 heures de formation). Ensuite, je suis formé à des approches stratégiques (P.N.L., Hypnose Ericksonienne, Palo Alto – centrée sur le problème) et à des approches de thérapie brève (solutionniste – centrée sur la solution).

Actuellement, je suis en formation approfondie aux pratiques narratives qui prennent en compte le contexte social et culturel pour mieux résoudre les difficultés. Je suis agrée par l’Agence Régionale de la Santé d’exercer en tant de psychothérapeute en France.

Je travaille dans une perspective délibérément large où le bien-être mental, émotionnel et physique est vu comme la capacité de quelqu’un à s’adapter avec facilité au changement interne et externe. J’ai donc une pratique de la psychothérapie qui est à la fois globale, expérientielle et relationnelle où le corps joue un rôle centrale dans le processus de changement.

My psychotherapist training began in 1991 with two complementary neo-Reichian approaches which focus on the body – Biodynamic Psychology and Biosynthesis (+1,000 training hours).

I then moved on to integrate various elements of strategic therapy (problem-focussed) and brief therapy (solution-focussed), and I am currently training in advanced narrative practices (systemic focus) which take into account the social and cultural context to help people overcome the difficulties they are experiencing. I am licenced by the State Health Agency to practice as a psychotherapist in France.

I work within a perspective which is deliberately wide where mental, emotional and physical wellbeing is seen as the capacity a person has to adapt easily to internal and external change. So my practice of psychotherapy is therefore global, experiential and relational where the body plays a central role in the change process.
